Tax Payer Tapped To Bail Out Failed Policies of the Present

With the unemployment rate still hovering above 9% (17% if you count those who quit looking) the only solution O has is to extend unemployment benefits to an all time record length. Once the entire population is unemployed then who is going to pay for the unemployed?
